Elm Street between Hwy 72 and Newman Road will be closed Friday, August 14th from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to all through traffic in order to perform utility work. It will reopen the same day as soon as work is complete.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead and use an alternate route.
